Remember Liliana's "Best Week Ever"? Well, Ella has been on cloud nine as of late. Since Kindergarten she has hoped, wished, and prayed that she would be cantor at a school mass. This morning (after much pleading, harassing, and practice (Thanks for your patience Mrs. Cornwell) her dream came true. This week Ella did not only see Santa, go to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate her spelling quiz perfection, and have a day off school - she was cantor (and had the coveted middle spot). Let this be a lesson to us all - if you have a dream, go for it (and don't be afraid to pester your music teacher for three years until you get it either : )And here is a video, recorded by Derek, of Ella's singing debut. If you have been drinking, don't watch this - it's kind of shaky.
