After Christmas Eve mass we went for dinner out. Once at home, the children made cookies for St. Nick, got their gifts for Santa ready, prepared a carrot for Rudolph, cheese for Santa Mouse, and read The Night Before Christmas before nestling all snug in their beds so that they could get up at 4 am (yep, 4 AM!) to all of their Christmas surprises.
