I had my 33 week check up today. Baby is perfect. Here is a distorted 4D look at our littlest addition. Look at those cheeks! If you don't know what you are seeing, the top is her forehead, right in the middle is a squished nose, and under that are some little lips. She has a hand in front of her right eye (on the left side in the photo). 
Above is a look at her face using regular 2D ultrasound.Below is a profile shot. We also reconfirmed that she is a girl and got another little foot picture. Those toes are so darn cute. I can only wait about two more months to count them : )
