Jack has always loved science. He is ready for his first science fair after a lot of weekend "scientisting." Jack decided he would test which water freezes the fastest - salt water, sugar water, or plain tap water. His hypothesis (see him writing it above) was that plain water would freeze first because "it doesn't have stuff in it."
Jack was right! The plain water froze first. The sugar water hardened first.
